Your project history should support your learning, not work against you.
This pre-launch privacy summary reflects the current product contracts. Provider details and legally reviewed language will be completed before publication.
What the product preserves
The project record keeps the information needed for continuity and honest claims. This includes your objectives, starting point, important revisions, assistance, evidence, validation, attained results, boundaries, questions and relevant entitlement facts.
Full conversational transcripts are not kept as the permanent learning record simply because they are available.
Your controls
- Inspect your project, evidence and assistance history.
- Correct or dispute records through linked, append-only changes.
- Export your information in a usable form.
- Request deletion, subject to disclosed legal or security obligations.
- Use the core learning product without any future PI layer.
Retention and dormant access
Dormant records are planned to remain while your account is open and you perform an authenticated account action at least once in every rolling 24-month period.
Viewing your portfolio, exporting data, confirming retention or reactivating counts. Automated email delivery does not.
Inactivity notices are planned at approximately 21 and 23 months. At 24 months, a 30-day recovery period begins before live personal learning records are deleted or irreversibly de-identified.
